In this episode I got to meet up with Al and Willow Rose at their thrift store South Side Junk and Disorderly, which is located on south 95 in town here in Mtn. Grove. We talk about Al's passion for finding hidden treasures as well as how Al & Willow met, the renaissance fair in Hartville, flea markets verses eBay, finding big profit items, and dealing with difficult customers. I'm Ali, a mom of four with a beautiful blended family! Born and raised in the Ozarks, I'm excited to shine a spotlight on the charm, character, and captivating stories found in small towns like ours.
My hope is to make a positive contribution to my community by bringing helpful information to local residents in a new way that is fun & entertaining!
Podcasting is a personal hobby of mine (though I'm usually on the other end of the headphones) and I am finally ready to bring this dream to life. After a lot of research, preparation, moments of doubt, moments of excitement - I couldn't be more thrilled to start this new journey!
